This workshop is ideal for any adults who are caring for or working with young children in the early years of life - to understand what regulation is, the factors that contribute to regulation, how emotional regulation progresses and what can be done at home (or in community settings) to support regulation.
The online workshop video is 49 minutes long. However, watching the video, reading the handout and finishing the practical activity may take up to 70 minutes all together.
After purchasing, you will be able to watch the video through your Podia account. You can watch it straight away, and will have access to the workshop for 6 months from the purchase date.
